Packages

There are many options to choose from to fit your birth vision and financial needs. I’m flexible to meet your needs. More info can be provided during your FREE consultation.

Prenatal & Childbirth

All packages include prenatal visits and of course 24/7 labour & delivery service during your special time. Immediately after the birth doulas usually stay 1-2 hours or until everyone is settled. Prenatal classes, new parent classes and breastfeeding classes can be provided to fit your needs.

Postpartum

All packages have at least one postpartum appointment, to make sure everyone is settled in, questions are answered, breastfeeding is established and mental health is addressed.

Birthing pool

If this is a part of your birth vision, there are packages that include the birthing pool or you can add it on the side if needed. It’s a great tool to have to labor in or birth in or BOTH!

Photography

If allowed by circumstance, I will take non-professional photos so you can look back on your special journey forever.

Birth notes and Extras

I will be taking birth notes for you, so you can remember all the little details sometimes you can forget in the heat of the moment. Ex) when labor began, when/ how long you were pushing etc. Added with some packages are small keepsakes like, baby’s foot print and/or a postpartum goodie bag.
